These terms establish the framework for professional interaction between the Firm and the Client.
By engaging the professional services of SUNIL VANKAWALA & ASSOCIATES, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following framework of engagement.
Professional services are rendered as mutually defined within the engagement letter or formal proposal. Services outside this scope are treated as additional mandates and billed as independent assignments.
The Client assumes sole responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all records provided. The Firm shall not be held liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation shared by the Client or their representatives.
Professional fees are exclusive of statutory taxes and out-of-pocket expenses. Failure to settle invoices within the stipulated timeline may lead to an immediate suspension of statutory filings and professional support.
Liability is restricted to the specific professional fees received for the mandate in question. We are not liable for consequences arising from technical portal failures or changes in legislative interpretation issued post-service delivery.
Methodologies, proprietary checklists, and templates utilized during the engagement remain the intellectual property of SUNIL VANKAWALA & ASSOCIATES.
